You don't always have to give a tip for a haircut that wasn't so great, I only do to those that cut my hair that show their talents and I give them at least 10%

She'd probably be flattered!
Well you could pause it at one point in the video where it shows her hair good, and click prtsc (print screen) on your keyboard. Then go on paint or something and cut out the pic, and print it out and show it to ur hairdresser. =]

Maybe it's possible to get hair extensions just in the front to just camouflage it until it grows out. Shouldn't be too much money for that. Get the glue in kind. They last for five months.

and use hair spray to keep it that way.
Something else you can do is get a straightening iron and straighten all your hair including your bangs. You can find straightening irons for pretty good prices at wal-mart but they could damage your hair. You probably want to use Conair, thats the best kind you can get for a good price. i go to somewhere called scissors and for me to have my hair washed, conditioned, frizz control gel, cut, blowdried and straightened and wax
i pay 拢19.99 (tht is cuz im 15 but when you are 16 or over its 拢27 for all of that) they are a really good hairdressers - althought they are only in my area but i still think what you are paying is very expensive.
The cut should always be more expensive(go to a top salon).
but the maintenance should be regular products.
I would rather spend $100 on a professional haircut then a bad $20 hair cut that im not satisfied with and i have to keep on going to other hairdressers.

I have folliculitis on my scalp and I'm embarrased to get my hair cut?
This is really embarrasing for me to talk about. I have folliculitis--which is infected hair foliciles, mine happen to be on my scalp(looks like scabs). I REALLY want to get my hair cut but I am so embarrased to go. Last time I went the lady said something and I havent had my haircut for since then(1 year ago).
