What kind of hair cut can someone with thin/fine hair get that's not too short?

I want it to be fuller and healthier looking and not shorter than shoulder length? (With side bangs + I have an oval face shape if that helps)What kind of hair cut can someone with thin/fine hair get that's not too short?
I'm assuming your hair is streight, since most people with wavy/curly hair dont need it to be fuller.Get it layered, deffinately.



And you said healthier looking, which cant be dont with a cut, unless you chop off some split ends, w hich helps. But basic advise for healthier hair

~use less styling products

~stop using heat on it like blowdrying and curling, streightening, etc.

~wash your hair every other day instead of every day.

~ Always condition it after you wash.
