I am looking for someone who can do layers. I just moved to Camino, CA, and found a ton of hair salons and stylists in Placerville, CA, and am looking for someone who is affordable and knowledgeable, where can I go to get what I am looking for?Where is perfect place and person to have you hair cut?
Your options to find a good place is easy. Dont just go becuse someone online told you to. What you should do is when you see someone with good hair you like ask them whre they got it cut. Try and go to places that look expensive or at least well kept. If the place has a training course then that shows they are very serious and competative so they will always try to be good. If a place like that is too expensive it is still possible to find a good stylist, the best ones are usually the managers of the salons.Where is perfect place and person to have you hair cut?
Pretty much anyone will do good. If the place looks respectable enough, then the hair-dressers are most likely as well.
