How short should I get my hair cut?

I have wavy hair that falls just past my collarbone. I'm getting layers put into it, kinda in a ';scene'; -ish fahsion. I plan to straighten it some days, and wear it curly others.

um i would say zero, and then polish your head, nah jokes it all depends on how a person looks its your choice howshort you go with them
if your going for scene, you might want to straighten it everyday (just a btw) and jaw for a scene look.
i think a bit longer than your shoulder so your can still tie it back and fiddle around ( straiten and curl w/e ) with it hope this helps =]
Shoulders. I would not go any shorter with wavy hair. I did and man was I sorry. I looked bad sadly.
I think you should stard from the line where your nose ends... that's allways the best and it's long enogh for a ponytale(:
