Tbh, i wouldnt go for the ';scene'; look as its old now, and no1's interested anymore, but Id say just get layers and get a blunt fringe, either that or get a side fringe maybe with some brighter colours in it. Im sorry I dont have any pics though.
Try out angled bangs, or a choppy cut first, then if you like and can manage that, continue progressively cutting it more ';scene';.

you just need to bleach it, get clip-in extentions and bangs. it's pretty simple but still scene.
