i know bobs look awesome, but make sure it goes with your face. do not use a bob if you have a round or square shaped face, meaning the width is equal to the length. it's best to do it with a thin, oval face. but the problem with frizzy hair is that is frizzes even more when it's short, so it'll look even shorter, and don't make the fringe too heavy. you wrote you're small, so a heavy fringe will become a curtain.
also, straightening your hair, as we all know is really damaging, especially if you want it done every day.
also keep in mind that (dpending on how fast your hair grows) you'll haveto get the bob re-done every now and again.
just make sure you don't regret cutting off hair. it might take ages untill it grows back
I'm not a hairdresser or anything, but I don't figure that those three (frizzy hair, bob-cut, side fringe) would go good together. I had a friend who had extremely frizzy hair, and she tried that. It didn't work out, but her hair was also rather poofy.
Though I do figure it would look good if you straightened it.
