I got my hair cut and colored on Wednesday. I really like my hairstylest and I'm not normally one to complain but I'm unhappy. I got all over color and then highlights. However, it seems that the tips of my hair are darker than the rest. The hair cut is also a bit to choppy for my taste too. I paid $160 for the hair cut and color, I tipped $30, and I purchased hair conditioner for $50. Should I call and ask her to redo my hair?Should I ask my hairstylest to fix my hair cut and color?
I am a hairdresser and I would want my client to come back... the ends of your hair is darker because sometimes when hair is a little over processed... most of the times its the ends of the hair grabs the color more than the rest of the hair... she at least owes you a trim... like you also said your cut is a bit to choppy... so the trim will take care of two of your complaints... as far as the $$$$ you did get 2 services... #1 all over color... #2 then they did a hi-lighting service... then a cut and style... price sounds a little high... back off the tip a litte and that is a for sure sign that your not happy in the future... also try going to walmart to buy of you hair products... the are some really good brands... you know alot of the name brand salon manufacturers make brands for the salons and then makes brands under different names sold in walmarts to target the people that cant afford the salon brands.... I know this is off the subject and a little long... but I hope I helped... LOLShould I ask my hairstylest to fix my hair cut and color?
Yes that is too muc h money to be wasting on a hairstyle. Did you like it before you left the salon? You should have told her this before you left. I used to have a stylist who would do what she wanted when I know that I explained to her exactly what I wanted. I let her know before I left the salon that I did not like it and she would do my hair to my liking. If you are paying with your hard earned money then you should get exactly what you want. Just call her and explain that you are not staisfied with the color. If she is professional she will understand. Sometimes I find that after I get a new hair cut it takes a couple of days for me to adjust to it. Maybe this is the case?
I'm a hair stylist and i can honestly tell you, she should fix it for free with in 30 days if your are not happy. Thats what most salons i know of do and that is something i definatly do. A $50 bottle of hair conditioner? DAYUM. Just call her and tell her how you feel, if she doesnt fix it for free then girl i would find some one else... because if she doesnt then she is just out for you money and has no concern in actually giving your her trust and loyalty.
Yes if you're unsatisfied i think she will redo your hair. I think you should of mentioned it earlier though...but yeah, just call and ask =]
Good luck!
hell yea ask her
well duhh if you want it fix..
if you really dont like it, i think you should.
