What would be the best hair cut for me to get?

That is what I look like. I don't want anything too crazy, but something layered and I love side bangs. My hair is about 2-3 inches longer than in the picture. I want a hairstyle that fits my face well. Any suggestions? I would prefer a picture example please.What would be the best hair cut for me to get?
