well i use A LOT of conditioner and shampoo but thats a big waste.
ive also heard that you can put honey in your shampoo but i havent tried it yet.

it depends on the kind that your stylist uses. ask her/him about the one they use. sometimes they sell them at the salon and you can also get it on the internet if you google it.
take a couple bottles of beer (more depending on how thick, long, or heavy your hair is). wet your hair, then use the beer like conditioner, rinse and wash it out.
Use the Back to Basics hair care products
Rinse the conditioner out of your hair w/cold water, makes all the difference in the world.
I just had my hair done and the beautician said that I have the softest hair that she has felt in 20 years. I don't perm, color, or use a curling iron. Just blow dry and alittle hairspray. You should use shampoo according to your hair. Moisturizing for dry hair, extra cleansing for oily and if you use a lot of hair products, use clarifiying.
when i go to get my hair cut they wash it for mean and they use shampoo, conditioner, and gel. But they only use 2 dabs of gel. Aussie's conditioner also works really good but don't use to much.
