well look in your local newsletters in the mail. some places offer free first haircuts for babies. %26amp;%26amp; they get a before %26amp;%26amp; after photo, a lock of the hair, a bravery certificate with the date the haircut was taken place %26amp;%26amp; a folder to put it all in for memories.
