I always see girls in the street with awesome glamourous hair cuts. What kind of place do they go to get a cut like that? I have never been to a salon that was able to do anything more experimental than a side fringe with layers even when I show them what I want.Where do people get their hair cut to look so amazing?

Hair salons should be able to do what they request, otherwise, they should close down!
As long as you pay, no matter how picky you are, they have to do it!
You can also cut your own hair and buy your own equipments.
Look up for some video tutorials on Youtube or something and go for it!
Vidal Sassoon are amazing, as are Toni %26amp; Guy. In most good salons there will be different levels of stylists, starting from trainee leading up to head stylist, so you should always try to get an appointment with a higher level stylist to get the best look.
