Why couldn't you? And you don't have to leave your hair unwashed for 24 hours...It makes no difference. The color will take the same. It will even take with product in your hair. They will most likely color your hair first, Then cut it, as hair is usually wet when colored, and it would just be easier.
yes u can get it done at the same time or separately. ive never been told to leave it unwashed 24 hours. at the salon they will put it on yr dry hair them wash it off and then cut and style it.
yes u need 2 get ur highlights done first then when the bleach has been washed out get ur hair cut 2 remove any bad ends from the bleach
