Hair cut ideas for long straight grown-out blonde hair?

I've grown out my layers to just above the boob-line. The ends are getting bad and it's getting thick again. I colored it blonde 4 months ago but it's grown out and is too blonde compared to the roots. How can I cut or color it to freshen it up (something young)? well, i think if u want ur hair thicker stop dying it, its killing it, and i am a Natural Blonde, my hair is thick , so idk how blonde makes u look young really? all colors Look good i like brown really, but if u want a nice cute i suggest u put in side swept bangs, if u know how to cut hair thas what i would do, or get it done, i would say side swept bangs and maybe depending on ur skin color, an light ash blonde, or i would only put Blonde on the surface and let the bottom get darker
