How should I get my hair cut and colored?

So I was wondering what to do with my hair? The pic is a little old, my hair is now maybe 1 or 2 inches past my shoulder, because I had to cut it.

Get light brown highlights and lots of layers. Keep the length.How should I get my hair cut and colored?
If you have blue, green, or hazel eyes you should definally go for a mandy moore hair style and color the color is chocolate brown with golden highlights. if you hav brown or chestnut eyes you should go for chestnut brown hair with carmel highlights. For this color you should go with the more modern mandy moore hair style.
