What do you do when your hair cut lady cuts your hair and it looks awful?

Ok. She cut everything pretty much uneven and did not cut the side burns at all. My bangs look a lot shorter than the rest of my hair and the back is also messed up. I would go somewhere to fix this but I don't want to risk taking off any more of my hair. What should I do?????

You don't have to take these people to the store, just their signatures on a piece of paper with a statement is enough. Ask any friends where they go, if you like their haircuts.


Go to any place that is reccommended. Tell the new hair dresser what happened, and they will understand. (Hopefully) they will be able to fix your hair.
As a stylist and former manager, I can honestly say that nothing will change unless you say something to the manager about it. They will usually offer to recut it themselves for free if they think it will help or offer your money back, or another cut when this one grows out. Stylists are human, they do screw up periodically because no one is perfect. You may have also gotten someone really new. Once you get the manager to recut it, you may just ask her if you can request HER next time so you don't feel scared going back. Speak up before you pay for it, and if you don't notice it until you get home, go back immediately. You can always call ahead to make sure the stylist who did it isn't there if that intimidates you in any way. Good luck !
Buzz it, it may look weird to you but, people will want to rub your head! When you are ready for another hair cut, don't go back to the hag who hacked it.
Let it grow back ,then the next time go somewhere else to get it cut.
Wear a hat and wait for it to grow back and go get a haircut from someone else. Then send her a black rose J/K ha ha
oh my god-nightmare, same thing happened to me a few months ago! but its almost grown out now!! im never going back there again!!! just wait it'll grow out eventually
let her know and then tell her manager or the shop owner to let you have a free haircut next time
Phone the salon and tell her you are unhappy. Let it grow out, and don't go back to her again.

i've had plenty of bad haircuts...or have had haircuts that start out amazing and then when it starts to grow out it starts to look like crap.
Tell her,and bring someone with you,and ask for your

It probably does not look as bad as you think it does. For Heaven's sake, don't ask everybody what they think... PRETEND it's exactly the ';look'; you were going for and never use that hair cut lady again.


I had a woman mess with my hair because I was dating her ex-boyfriend (news to me)- I had a photo shoot the next morning and it was bloody awful and I just went on and on about how cool and edgy it was (there weren't 2 hairs the same length)- fortunately my hair grows fast. The look worked in the ad too-

Shop around for your next stylist- ask whoever when you see a style you like who cut their hair- take in a magazine page...


Don't take it too seriously- you'll be fine.
either invest in hats or do the buzz cut, it makes any guy look sexy!
Deal with it. She'd be embarissed and pissed if you changed it. If she thinks it looks good that should be all that matters. It's only hair!! Your relationship and her feelings should be more important!
