I am an average guy. 6 foot 1'; and with brown hair. And I was trying to find a way to shape up.

i like skinny guys, not to skinny, and theyve gotta have muscle... not tooo much, just average. i hate guys with way to much muscle. and i like dark long hair, not too long, just like right below the ear.

As far as body, most guys find weight training beneficial, but try to incorporate stretching into your routine so you can remain free from injury later in life.....
abs but not too defined like body builders then its yucky


pecs so its not just flat but not too pecish then it looks like boobs


muscley arms but not too BOOM


legs whatever, as long as theyre not toothpicks





hair, i like clean cut usually, ya know? not shaved down completely but i hate the shag look.

i dont like to judge usually but being honest, probably tall, big shoulders but small waist i guess its hard to explai and messish hair





dont be too hard though- anyone can be hot. they dont have to be buff.
Muscular but don't get obsessive about it.
