I want to get my hair a bit thinner and have a v shape at the back. Not really a big change. I have medium hair length.

Yeah I think they are good most of the time theres been one time where I didn't like it but other than that I like it. I got bangs there and layers and it turned out really well. I also get trims there if I don't need anything much. I don't really need to go to the expensive salons yet. Great clips is pretty good, at least with my experiences.
Sure.. they're pretty professional. If you want you could easily cut your own hair if you just want layers, just have someone use a razor comb.
