Best hair cut and color for round face?

I have pitch black hair and eyebrows (typical mexican) My hair is beneath my shoulders and layered. I am medium skin tone (skin tone probably a little lighter than Halle Barry). I would really like to dye my hair like a dark brown or so with caramel highlights but I don't know if it will go with me specially with my dark eyebrows. I would also like to cut my hair something that would go good with my round face and big ol dark eyes!!! Any suggestions?Best hair cut and color for round face?
