Who do people go to the hair dressers to get their hair cut with load of gel on?

Talking mainly about teenagers obviously, all the chavs in the queue in front of me with their gel heads, which makes the hair dresser take even longer after hosing down their hair with a gallon of water.





Is it wrong to just wash it all out the night before so your hair is like a soft pillow.

I'm guessing it's incase people see them without their hair styled or something. Theres no other reason I can think of. I don't do it because why style it when it'll all get cut off? lol i have no idea to be honest. they probably don't want to be seen with their natural hair on the way there or somethng..... i don't know but its actually easier to cut when its wet or just washed.
yes its necessary to remove those gallon of gel before goin for a haircut. not necessarily a night before can work even 5 mins earlier
