I am currently in Stuttgart germany for the next 3 months. Need some help trying to get my hair cut?

I am a female and I need a haircut badly. I have fine hair and I would like to get my hair cut some where. I am near the SI Centrum. Any suggestions to finding a person to cut my hair and can speak enough english to convey what I want.I am currently in Stuttgart germany for the next 3 months. Pretty much any place near a military base, most resident speak both english and German. More over I know in that area there is a military base.
