I am getting my hair cut tomorrow, should I get layers?

I have had basically the same haircut for almost a year now.


I have side bangs just at the eyebrow and medium/ long dark brown hair.


I want to keep my bangs the way they are, but I also want to add layers, kind of emo layers, but not so drastic on the top as it usually is.


Pictures would be lovely, or just descriptions in detail.


I also want to maybe bleach the bottom half of my hair blonde, and do electric blue highlights. Either one or both, any suggestions?I am getting my hair cut tomorrow, should I get layers?
you really shouldn't go out to get your hair cut if you want the emo look because chances are they will mess it up and then you'll get mad about it.


use use a razor and slice your hair yourself.


it's not that hard but it might hurt just a little bit.

suggestion is that don't bleach your hair it will severely damage your hair
