the top needs volume....but not too much and short swoop side bangs are fun and flirty and show off a round face in a great way, use strong layer and in the front have a shart layered angle
Round and oval shapes are great - good to show off! For your face shape, I'd suggest a bob with side bangs like Nicole Richie - maybe down to your shoulders so it isn't too short. Good luck!
