get some choppy layers about shoulder length. That way if you want to get all dressed up and do your hair nice you can but if you just want to through it in a hair tie you can also.
It depends on where you live. If you live north or east, cut it shortish but not ear short/boy short. If you live south or west, (closest to water) which gets cold in the summer at times, wear it like, shoulder length or like an inch shorter than that.

Don't cut your hair, it's either very long or extremely short that's in. Remember the Oscars and all those stars with long stick straight hair? Buy a bunch of colorful scarves and experiment with different ways to tie them, like headbands for example, or covering a bun at the nape of the neck. Hats also give you added protection for face and hair during the summer months, I think a straw cowboy goes well with the wedges and denim mini's that are still in style for younger women. A much better alternative to the tired trucker hat. Come Fall have a trim and take off those ends that show the signs of a fun filled summer at the beach and pool. Go shorter now and you'll just have to go shorter before fall.

i know these pictures it shows the cut as really short but mine is a little past my shoulders and is super cute and easy to do, it also takes a lot of the hair off your neck is easy to straighten if you like to and air dries into a cute style too, hope this helps
ig you have relly bone straight hair, cut it about shoulder length, and put a curl procuct in it, and clip up some hair with a clip... trust me it's in.lolz lolz OR if u have curly hair, then you can put it in layers to give it more shape a nd voluume...
Anything with bangs is in, but be sure ur going with ur own personal style...also try lots of layers or look in magazines for an idea like teen vogue or seventeen
