I wanna have a haircut, I want it on my shoulder level, with uneven ends, what do you call that?What do you call the hair cut with uneven ends?

Really there isn't any specific name for it. If you mean have your hair overlap being short but it get longer each layer it is just simply called layers. If you mean just a trimming where the stylist cuts your hair at an angle there isn't a specific name. Just tell your stylist and describe how you want it and hope for the best. If it turns out wrong...hair always grows back and you can try it again another time, maybe with a different stylist.

I think you mean layering. It can also be called a shag or razor cut. Google those things just to be sure that that is what you are talking about.
It is like say, on the left side it is shorter than the right? maybe asymetrical. If you mean a cut like rihanna.
