Is it better to have your hair cut wet or dry?

I've heard both, but I've also heard that having your hair cut dry and worsen split ends. Is this true?Is it better to have your hair cut wet or dry?

It makes a difference depending on the texture of your hair. If your hair is straight it shouldn't matter, but if it's curly having it wet is easier for the person cutting it. Just make sure they cut it a lit longer than wanted to make up for the curl. I don't think you can get worse split ends from cutting it dry. Some people just like it because it's already how it will look in the end.
that is not true because i got my hair cut when it was dry and when it was wet and it didnt really make a difference
they cut my hair when its wet.

They wash your hair at the salon. so wet :)
Yes.

All hairdressers (or all sane ones) cut hair while wet.
i'm not sure if thats true but i think easier when wet, thats why hair stylists usually spray water on your hair
