Is it true that hair grows fastest after a hair cut?

If that's true, then how much do you think my hair will grow if I only trim an inch off? And how long will it take for my hair to grow?Is it true that hair grows fastest after a hair cut?
No it doesn't make a difference, your hair grows from the roots not the ends. Cutting the ends will only make your hair look healthy by cutting off broken and damaged ends. It will help to thicken thin looking hair but giving the hair blunt thick ends. Your roots are what needs to be concentrated on, a good diet, lots of water, vitamins and minerals will help improve the appearance and quality of your hair, skin and nails. Massage my help stimulate the hair to grow, you hair grows about an inch a month on average.

Good luckIs it true that hair grows fastest after a hair cut?
Yes, it is true. It's best to trim your hair about once a month, or every six weeks. Not too much, just an inch, or maybe even a half inch. This way, it gets rid of the split ends, and the hair grows faster and looks healthier. While I can't say how fast it will grow, I do know that over time, it will help it grow out. Good luck! ;)
Your hair grows at its own speed. Cutting it won't make it grow faster, but it might help your hair look healthier, since you'll be trimming off the ends, where the most damage happens.

It's more important to eat good food and use a good conditioner to keep healthy-looking hair. Trimming the dead ends off will definitely help your hair from breaking and thus looking shorter.
