hi. I don't know where empire beauty school is but i went to a very nice, high-end beauty school in my city, and they charged $20 do get my hair styled, nails done, and make-up. They did a great job. Prices will probably vary. They are a whole lot cheaper because they need practice and won't charge much for it. Yes. It's just like a salon, except it's cheaper and you get it done by students. You still have to pay and tip(Of course, It's optional, But still.)
