my hair is really long! like up to my lower back, and i finally decided to get my hair cut, im going for the side swept bangs and layers, how much do you think they will charge? and is Jc Penny salons a good place to go, or if you live in northern Va, what other place do you recommend that's inexpensive, and does a good job?
